Based on usability research of their websites and conducted by U-Sentric, the Province de Liège develops a new web architecture and wants a review of the content values with a focus on copywriting. A strategic analysis of the province values becomes the framework for the copywriting analysis. The results are the writing guidelines for more than 60 different copywriters in writing-for-web seminars.
