Groupe Mestdagh managed the Champion brand for Belgium, wanted to increase their attractiveness as an employer brand and attract the qualified employees necessary for a perfect functioning of the company, ensuring the strategic objectives of the company with success. Integrating the 16 Carrefour stores in 2010 was a key moment and needed a campaign that motivated all employees in this change management. The results of the objectives must be measurable and quantifiable.
The campaign positioned Groupe Mestdagh as a responsible employer brand and a team of Mestdagh employees played an important role with authenticity and a sent of humour. Bo Monde was awarded with the Golden IBIS Award –Corporate Communications for her Groupe Mestdagh campaign. The objectives versus the results of the internal en external communication convinced the Award jury as the members vote in their choice.
