Brouwerij Boon

Since 1975, Boon Brewery has been owned and run by Frank Boon, one of the pioneers of the authentic lambic and gueuze revival. Frank Boon gave the ‘lettres de noblesse’ to traditional and authentic gueuze, kriek and framboise. To succeed such revival, yes, one has to be eccentric. Appreciated from Lembeek to Japan and the US, time came to put the corporate image at the same level as those fine beers.
